At a glance
- Unlimited help desk for your staff
- 24/7 monitoring and patching
- Security stack included, not an add-on
- Quarterly reviews and a technology roadmap
- No long-term contract
Most small businesses don’t need an IT person. They need IT handled.
Hiring in-house means one person who can’t be in two places and takes vacations. Calling someone when things break means paying the most when you’re least able to plan for it. Managed IT is the middle path: a team on retainer, watching your systems every day, with a predictable bill.
We take on everything from “my printer won’t connect” to “we’re opening a second location,” and we document it all so nothing lives in one person’s head.

What’s included
Everything in the plan, no surprise line items.
Unlimited help desk
Phone, email and chat support for every employee, with remote fixes in minutes and on-site visits when needed.
Monitoring & patching
Every workstation and server watched around the clock, with updates applied on a schedule that doesn’t interrupt work.
Security baseline
EDR, MFA, email filtering and staff phishing training are part of the plan, not an upsell.
Backup & recovery
Tested, off-site backups for servers, PCs and Microsoft 365, with a written recovery plan.
Microsoft 365 management
Licensing, user setup and offboarding, mailbox and Teams administration, handled for you.
Planning & reviews
A quarterly sit-down on what’s working, what’s aging out, and what to budget for next year.
Getting started
From first call to fully managed in about 30 days.
STEP 1
Discovery call
Thirty minutes on what you have, what hurts, and what you’re paying today.
STEP 2
Free assessment
We inventory your network, devices, backups and security and write it up in plain English.
STEP 3
Proposal
One flat monthly number, what it covers, and a short list of one-time fixes if any are needed.
STEP 4
Onboarding
Agents installed, backups and security in place, staff introduced to the help desk. Then we run it.
Pricing
Plans start at $750 a month.
That covers an office of up to five people: help desk, monitoring, patching, the security stack and backups, all in one number. Larger offices are priced per user, and the rate comes down as headcount goes up. Regulated practices (healthcare, financial, legal) run higher because compliance tooling and documentation are real work.
Hardware and licensing are itemized separately, so the plan price is the plan price. We don’t offer hourly break-fix; one-time projects for businesses that aren’t on a plan are quoted fixed up front.
$750
per month minimum, for offices of up to five people
$125–175
per user, per month, for most clients. Lower per seat as you grow.
Itemized
hardware and Microsoft licensing shown line by line, never buried in the plan
$140–175
per hour for one-time project work outside a plan, quoted fixed
How is pricing calculated?
Plans start at $750 a month for offices of up to five people. Most clients pay $125 to $175 per user per month, with a small per-server add-on, and that covers support, monitoring, security tools and backups. Regulated practices (healthcare, financial, legal) run higher because compliance tooling and documentation are real work. Hardware and licensing are itemized separately, so the plan price is the plan price. We don’t offer hourly break-fix; one-time projects for businesses not on a plan are quoted fixed, at $140 to $175 an hour.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Plans are month to month after a short onboarding period. If we’re not earning it, you shouldn’t be locked in.
What if we already have someone handling IT?
That works well. We take the monitoring, patching, backups and after-hours load; your person keeps the day-to-day relationship and gets a team behind them.
How fast do you respond?
Most tickets get a human reply within 30 minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00), and outages are worked immediately. Managed clients also have an after-hours emergency line for outages; anything else sent after hours is acknowledged automatically and first in the queue the next morning.
Do you work with businesses outside Richmond?
Yes. Most support is remote, and we cover on-site visits across Central Virginia, including Glen Allen, Ashland, Midlothian, Chesterfield, Goochland and Powhatan.
