These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Circuit VA LLC website at circuitva.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the website only. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement, Service Level Agreement and any Statement of Work signed by both parties. Where those documents and these Terms differ, the signed agreements control for the services they describe.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes to learn about our services, request a quote, read our articles and contact us. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems
- Probe, scan or test the Site for vulnerabilities without our written permission
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or submit data, including the contact form
- Upload or transmit malicious code, or interfere with the Site’s operation
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization
2. Quote Requests and Communications
Submitting a quote request or contacting us through the Site does not create a client relationship or an obligation on our part to provide services. We will respond to inquiries as described on the Contact page. Information you submit is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
3. Informational Content
Articles, guides, pricing ranges and other content on the Site are provided for general information. They are not a substitute for an assessment of your specific environment, and they are not legal, compliance, insurance or financial advice. Pricing shown on the Site is indicative; the price for any engagement is the one in your signed agreement or written quote.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Circuit VA name and mascot, page layouts and code, are owned by Circuit VA LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party names and marks mentioned on the Site (for example Microsoft, Azure and Microsoft 365) belong to their respective owners.

The Site may link to third-party websites and may use third-party services such as map tiles, analytics and spam protection. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circuit VA LLC and its members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability for services we provide to clients is addressed in the applicable signed agreement.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Circuit VA LLC from any claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information through the Site, including SMS consent, is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
10. Changes to the Site and These Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the revised version takes effect when posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
