Started in Richmond, for businesses that were tired of being an afterthought.
Circuit VA began with a simple observation: small businesses were getting IT support designed for someone else. Either a one-person shop that disappeared on vacation, or a big provider whose help desk had never heard of them.
We built the opposite. A local team, a flat monthly price, documentation for everything, and a phone that a person answers. Technology should be boring, and we think that’s a compliment.

How we work
Four things you can hold us to.
A person answers
Call the support line and you get a technician, not a phone tree. Tickets get a human reply within 30 minutes in business hours.
Everything written down
Passwords, network drawings, vendor contacts and what we changed. Nothing lives in one person’s head, including ours.
Flat, predictable pricing
One monthly number for support. Hardware and licensing itemized separately. Projects quoted fixed before work starts.
Security is included
MFA, endpoint protection, backups and training are part of the plan, because leaving them as add-ons is how businesses get hurt.
Who we work with
Businesses with 5 to 100 staff, where IT is nobody’s full-time job.
Law firms
Confidential client files, deadlines that can’t slip, and a bar association that takes data security seriously.
Medical & dental practices
HIPAA security risk assessments, practice-management software, and a front desk that can’t be down.
Accounting & financial
Tax season uptime, secure client portals, and the written controls insurers and regulators ask for.
Construction & trades
Field staff on phones and tablets, job-site Wi-Fi, and estimating software that has to work in the truck.
Nonprofits
Microsoft 365 nonprofit licensing, donor data protection, and budgets that need predictable numbers.
Professional services
Engineers, architects, agencies and consultancies: big files, remote work, and clients who expect polish.
Where we work
Based in Richmond. On site across Central Virginia.
Most support happens remotely within minutes. When a visit is needed, we’re already nearby: Richmond, Glen Allen, Ashland, Midlothian, Chesterfield, Goochland, Powhatan and Rockville are all regular stops.
We keep the team small on purpose. You’ll deal with the same few people every time, and they’ll already know your setup.
